Ingredients for Orange Cake:
- 4 eggs (kienyeji).
- 100 g sugar (50g if you don't like too much sugar).
- 1 large seedless orange, cut into small pieces with its skin.
- 70 mls Cooking oil.
- 250 g self raising flour.
Step by step how to cook Orange Cake:
- Put the orange, eggs, oil, sugar, in a blender and blend till fine..
- Sieve the flour and add little by little in the mixture in a bowl and mix well.
- Grease your pan with very little margarine then sprinkle a little flour. Pour your mixture and bake..
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes (we used the gas oven and just timed it, I don't know how to set the heat temperatures)..
- Cake is ready, let it cool down and serve with ginger tea. Enjoyπππ.
