Ingredients for Whosayna’s Pizza:
- Base Dough.
- 3 cups Maida (All Purpose Flour).
- 1 1/2 tsp Yeast.
- 3 tbsp Oil.
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil.
- 3 tbsp Yogurt.
- 1 tsp Salt.
- 1 tsp Oregano.
- 1/2 tsp Basil (chopped).
- Sauce.
- 7 Tomatoes.
- 1/2 tsp Salt.
- 1 tsp Chilli powder.
- 1 Habanero Chilli.
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil.
- 3 tbsp Tomato Puree.
- 1 tsp Oregano (dried).
- 1/2 tsp Basil (chopped).
- 1/4 tsp Tarragon (dried).
- Toppings.
- 1/2 kg Chicken Fillet or Beef fillet (cubes) or Prawns.
- 2 cups Veggies (Capsicum, French beans, Sweetcorns, Onions, Mushrooms and Olives).
- as needed Mozarella Cheese (grated).
Step by step how to cook Whosayna’s Pizza:
- Base: Bind soft dough using all ingredients with warm water.
- Let rise till it doubles, punch back, make three to four balls.
- Roll or spread each ball, then lay on greased trays, poke with fork.
- Let rise for another fifteen minutes, then bake in oven on 200°C to pinkish colour.
- Remove from oven and let it cool down.
- Sauce: Grill tomatoes, then blend with the rest of ingredients except herbs, with quartre cup of water.
- Boil the sauce once, add herbs and let it cool down.
- Toppings: Panfry chicken cubes in little oil, with garlic paste, salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder.
- Chop capsicum, french beans and onions.
- Slice mushrooms and olives.
- Pizza making: On each base put enough tomato paste and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle veggies and chicken evenly.
- Sprinkle cheese and dried herbs.
- Bake on 200°C till cheese melts.
