Ingredients for Pizza Rolls:
- 1/2 kg maida dough.
- 1/2 cup milk.
- 1/2 tbsp sugar.
- 1/2 tsp baking powder.
- 1/4 tsp baking soda.
- 1/2 tbsp salt.
- 1 tbsp garlic.
- 1 tbsp butter.
- Filling.
- 1 cup Chicken.
- as needed Cheese cubes.
- 2 tsp Pizza sauce.
- 1/2 cup capsicum.
- 1 onion thinly sliced.
- 2 tbsp butter.
- 4-5 cloves garlic.
- For brushing.
- Chilli flakes & oregano for garnishing.
Step by step how to cook Pizza Rolls:
- Knead maida with warm milk, sugar, salt, oregano, baking powder, baking soda, chopped garlic & butter. Knead well fr 10 mins. If you need then only add water. Add oil, make a round ball of dough, cover, keep aside for 2 hours..
- Add shredded tandoori chicken(or any other type of chicken), veggies, pizza sauce & mozerella cheese. Fold into half & press the edges tightly using fingers or fork..
- Using knife make slits & bake for 10-15 min at 180° You can also make in a pan Heat some butter add 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic & saute fr smtime..
- Brush butter with garlic on roll. Lastly garnish with cheese, chilli flakes & oregano..
- For tandoori chicken. Marinate boneless pieces in curd, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, salt, red chilli powder, salt, colour & lemon juice for 4-5 hours. Cook in a pan & use this in filling..
