- 3 cups old fashioned oats.
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder.
- 3/4 teaspoon salt.
- 1/2 cup Stevia brown sugar.
- 2 1/2 cups skim milk or almond milk.
- 2 eggs.
- 1 teaspoon almond extract.
- 1/4 cup canola oil or substitute 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce.
- 1/4 cups mini chocolate chips.
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut.
- 1/2 cups sliced almonds.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 12 muffin tins or 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
- Mix the oats, baking powder and salt together in a large bowl.
