- 1 carrot chopped fine.
- 2 cloves garlic minced.
- 2 tbsp butter or olive oil.

- 1/3 cup ketchup.
- 2 lb ground beef.
- 1 1/2 cup fresh dry Italian bread crumbs.
- 1 1/2 cup milk.
- 2 eggs slightly beaten.
- 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley.
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese.
