Ingredients for Chilled Mango Pizza:

  1. 1/2 cup maize flour.
  2. 1/2 cup wheat flour.
  3. 2 tbsp Mango pury.
  4. 2 tbsp jaggery powder.
  5. 1 tbsp cashew powder.
  6. 1/2 tsp nutmeg (jaifal powder).
  7. 1/4 tsp cardamom powder.
  8. as required milk for making dough.
  9. 1 tbsp butter.
  10. For Stuffing.
  11. 1 cup chopped Alphonso mango.
  12. 2 tbsp chopped cashew.
  13. 2 tbsp chopped almond.
  14. 1 tbsp chopped anjer.
  15. 1 tsp ginger powder.
  16. 1 tbsp honey.
  17. 1/2 cup Mango rabdi.

Step by step how to cook Chilled Mango Pizza:

  1. Take a bowl and add maize flour, wheat flour, mango puree, jaggery powder, cashew powder, butter, nutmeg and cardamom Powder.
  2. Mix it well and now add milk and make a dough and give it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Now take a bowl and add Alphonso mango, almond, cashew, anjer, Ginger Powder and honey.
  4. Mix it well and keep it in freeze for cooling for 1 hour.
  5. Now make small bhakhri on slow flame from the dough.
  6. Now spread chilled Mango rabdi and apply the stuffing kept for cooling.
  7. Now add grated chocolate on it and freeze it for 30 minutes and then serve A healthy and yummy dessert.
