Ingredients for Chilled Mango Pizza:
- 1/2 cup maize flour.
- 1/2 cup wheat flour.
- 2 tbsp Mango pury.
- 2 tbsp jaggery powder.
- 1 tbsp cashew powder.
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg (jaifal powder).
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder.
- as required milk for making dough.
- 1 tbsp butter.
- For Stuffing.
- 1 cup chopped Alphonso mango.
- 2 tbsp chopped cashew.
- 2 tbsp chopped almond.
- 1 tbsp chopped anjer.
- 1 tsp ginger powder.
- 1 tbsp honey.
- 1/2 cup Mango rabdi.
Step by step how to cook Chilled Mango Pizza:
- Take a bowl and add maize flour, wheat flour, mango puree, jaggery powder, cashew powder, butter, nutmeg and cardamom Powder.
- Mix it well and now add milk and make a dough and give it rest for 30 minutes.
- Now take a bowl and add Alphonso mango, almond, cashew, anjer, Ginger Powder and honey.
- Mix it well and keep it in freeze for cooling for 1 hour.
- Now make small bhakhri on slow flame from the dough.
- Now spread chilled Mango rabdi and apply the stuffing kept for cooling.
- Now add grated chocolate on it and freeze it for 30 minutes and then serve A healthy and yummy dessert.
- Instead of bhakhri you can use Mari gold biscuits also.
