Ingredients for Twisty Healthy Pizza:

  1. 4 bowl wheat flour.
  2. to taste salt.
  3. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
  4. 1 tsp chat masala.
  5. 1 tsp pankaj frankie masala.
  6. 3/4 tsp red chilli powder.
  7. pinch turmeric powder.
  8. oil for moyan.
  9. water to make dough.
  10. 6 medium sized boiled peeled and mashed potatoes.
  11. 250 gms boiled flower.
  12. 1 full bowl boiled peas.
  13. 3-4 medium size chopped tomatoes.
  14. to taste salt.
  15. 1 tsp pankaj frankie masala.
  16. 3/4 tsp red chilli powder.
  17. pinch turmeric powder.
  18. 1 tsp chaat masala.
  19. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
  20. oil for making pizza.
  21. 3 cheeze cubes.
  22. pizza seasoning.
  23. amul butter.
  24. tomato sos.

Step by step how to cook Twisty Healthy Pizza:

  1. 1st take wheat flour in a bowl and mix all masalas mentioned above for dough than add oil gor moyan and mix and with help of water make a nice smooth dough like not to loose and not too tight and than cover it with another bowl and keep aside for few mintues till you make stuffing..
  2. Now take a bowl and put all veggies and masalas and mash all veggies properly mix well and your stuffing is ready..
  3. Now take a part of dough 1 loa le medium size ka roll a large and thick roti..
  4. Now spread butter on the roti with the help knife and than spread tomato sos on it.
  5. Now add the 2 tbsp of stuffing on it and spread evenly..
  6. Before rolling out roti just keep nonstick dosa tava on the gas and on the flame.
  7. Add little oil on tawa spread it and now take this pizza roti and keep on tawa to cook and cover it with the lid cook for 1.2 mintues and than turn it and again cover with lid spread some oil on tawa so that stuffing doesnt stick on it.
  8. Now take the pizza on dish sprinkel some pizza seasoning and add grated cheese..
  9. Cut the pizza and serve hot..
  10. Its so yummy and healthy that you cant stop eating yourself. Even kids will love it, I guarantee..
