  1. Canola oil, for frying.
  2. 1 recipe Pizza Dough, recipe follows.
  3. 1 large onion, cut into thin wedges.
  4. as needed salt and pepper.
  5. 1 tsp light brown sugar.
  6. 2 tsp balsamic vinegar.
  7. olive oil or butter for sauteing.
  8. 4 pineapple rings.
  9. 1 cup goat cheese.
  10. splash milk.
  11. fresh basil for topping.
  12. Pizza dough.
  13. 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour.
  14. 1 tbsp olive oil, plus more for bowl.
  15. 1/2 tsp sugar.
  16. 1/2 tsp sea salt.
  17. 1 tsp active dry yeast.
  18. 1/2 cup warm water (110 to 115 degrees F).

Step by step how to cook Fried Pineapple & Caramelised Onion Pizza:

  1. Add yeast to warm water and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes..
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl..
  3. Add oil and yeast mixture to dry ingredients and knead until smooth and elastic..

  8. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F..
