- 1 recipe Pizza Dough, recipe follows.
- 1 large onion, cut into thin wedges.
- as needed salt and pepper.
- 1 tsp light brown sugar.
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar.
- olive oil or butter for sauteing.
- 4 pineapple rings.
- 1 cup goat cheese.
- splash milk.
- fresh basil for topping.
- Pizza dough.
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour.
- 1 tbsp olive oil, plus more for bowl.
- 1/2 tsp sugar.
- 1/2 tsp sea salt.
- 1 tsp active dry yeast.
- 1/2 cup warm water (110 to 115 degrees F).
Step by step how to cook Fried Pineapple & Caramelised Onion Pizza:
- Add yeast to warm water and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes..
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl..
