Ingredients for Crispy Potato rings:

  1. 2 medium sized potatoes boiled and mashed.
  2. 5 garlic pods finely chopped.
  3. 2 tbsp butter.
  4. 1/2 cup semolina powdered.
  5. 1/2 cup water.
  6. 2 tsp chilli flakes.
  7. Handful Coriander leaves, chopped.
  8. 3 tbsp corn flour.
  9. As required Oil for frying.

Step by step how to cook Crispy Potato rings:

  1. Boil the potatoes and mash it well. Garlic pods finely chopped and dry red chillies grind it well like chilli flakes. Powder the semolina to a fine powder..
  2. In a kadai, add 2 tbsp butter and add the garlic, fry till the raw smell goes off. Add chilli flakes. Add 1/2 cup water and allow to boil, add salt and semolina, and cook it till the semolina gets cooked. Add the potatoes and mix well. Form a smooth dough. Add coriander leaves & cornflour and knead well..
  3. Take a small ball and flatten it using a rolling pin and using a cookie cutter make rings. In a kadhai, heat the oil and fry the rings under a medium flame to a golden brown. Crispy Potato rings are ready to munch!.
