Ingredients for Rice Potato Paniyaram:

  1. 2 cup cooked rice.
  2. 2 boiled and mashed potatoes.
  3. 1 finely chopped onion.
  4. 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander.
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder.
  6. 1 tsp dry mango powder.
  7. to taste Salt.
  8. Oil for cooking.

Step by step how to cook Rice Potato Paniyaram:

  1. Mix all ingredients will. Make lemon sized balls out of it with greased hands..
  2. Grease the cavities of apam patra with oil and then on the flame on slow and let it heat it..
  3. Place one prepared ball in each of the cavities. Add few drops of oil in each cavity. Cover the pan and let it cook on a slow flame..
  4. Once it cooks from one side, flip it on other side and let itt cook till it becomes crispy and golden brown..
  5. Turn off the heat and remove paniyarams. Serve hot with chutney,ketchup or tea/coffee..
