Ingredients for Rice Potato Paniyaram:
- 2 cup cooked rice.
- 2 boiled and mashed potatoes.
- 1 finely chopped onion.
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander.
- 1 tsp red chilli powder.
- 1 tsp dry mango powder.
- to taste Salt.
- Oil for cooking.
Step by step how to cook Rice Potato Paniyaram:
- Mix all ingredients will. Make lemon sized balls out of it with greased hands..
- Grease the cavities of apam patra with oil and then on the flame on slow and let it heat it..
- Place one prepared ball in each of the cavities. Add few drops of oil in each cavity. Cover the pan and let it cook on a slow flame..
- Once it cooks from one side, flip it on other side and let itt cook till it becomes crispy and golden brown..
- Turn off the heat and remove paniyarams. Serve hot with chutney,ketchup or tea/coffee..
