Ingredients for Protein Balls:
- 1 1/4 cups old fashioned oats.
- 1/2 cup peanut butter.
- 1/3 cup honey.
- 1/2 cup trail mix (choc. chips, nuts, dried fruit).
- 2 Tbsp. flax seeds.
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract.
- 1/4 tsp. coarse ground salt.
Step by step how to cook Protein Balls:
- Add all ingredients to large mixing bowl..
- Combine thoroughly. Place in fridge for 30 minutes to set..
- Remove and roll into equal balls; approximately 16. Place in ziplock bag and store in fridge for 2 weeks or freezer up to 3 months. Enjoy!.
