Ingredients for Protein Balls:

  1. 1 1/4 cups old fashioned oats.
  2. 1/2 cup peanut butter.
  3. 1/3 cup honey.
  4. 1/2 cup trail mix (choc. chips, nuts, dried fruit).
  5. 2 Tbsp. flax seeds.
  6. 1 tsp. vanilla extract.
  7. 1/4 tsp. coarse ground salt.

Step by step how to cook Protein Balls:

  1. Add all ingredients to large mixing bowl..
  2. Combine thoroughly. Place in fridge for 30 minutes to set..
  3. Remove and roll into equal balls; approximately 16. Place in ziplock bag and store in fridge for 2 weeks or freezer up to 3 months. Enjoy!.
