Ingredients for Potato Stuffed Capsicum:
- 2 boiled potatoes.
- 6 small green capsicums.
- as required oil for deep frying.
- 2 thin sliced onion.
- 2 roughly chopped tomatoes.
- to taste salt.
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder.
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
- 6 toothpicks.
Step by step how to cook Potato Stuffed Capsicum:
- Wash & cut the upper part of capsicums & take out the seeds.
- Mash the potatoes in a bowl with salt & red chilli powder.Mix them well.fill the stuffing in the capsicums..
- Cover with the outer part & pin it with toothpick so that while frying,stuffing should not come out..
- Heat oil in a karahi & deep fry them till they become golden brown. Take them out..
- Put onions in the same karahi & cook for 2 -3 minutes..
- Now add all the spices & saute.Add tomatoes. cook for few seconds..
- Add fried capsicums.Cook for 5 minutes.Slowly Slowly mix them..
- Serve hot..
