Ingredients for Potato Pan Cake:
- 2 Large Raw Potato.
- to taste Salt.
- 1 Small onion.
- 1 green chili.
- 1 tea spoon Red chilli powder.
- Oil.
- 2 tbsp cornflour.
- For soya dip.
- 2 tbsp soya sauce.
- 1 tbsp water.
- 1/2 tea chilli flax.
- 1-2 Garlic chopped.
- 1 tea spoon Sesame oil.
- 1/2 tea spoon Sugar.
Step by step how to cook Potato Pan Cake:
- Take a potato and peel and cut into pieces,And small Onion Chopped green chili and Grind smooth paste.
- And transfer the paste in a bowl and take a rest for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add Cornflour and little bit of salt if you required. Add red chilli powder..
- Heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil and and 1/2 tbsp batter and spread Round shape.on medium flame. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes..
- Process with remaining batter serve hot With soya Dip.
- Take a small bowl add 2 tbsp Soya sauce, 1 tbsp water,1/2 tea spoon Sugar, 1 tbsp of sasame oil, Chili flax, Chopped garlic. And mix it well. and ready to serve..
