Ingredients for Potato Nuggets:
- 4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed.
- 1 onions, finely chopped.
- 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste.
- 1 tbsp chilli powder.
- 1 tbsp corn flour.
- 1/2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped.
- 1/2 tbsp pepper.
- 1 tbsp bread crumbs.
- to taste Salt.
- For coating:.
- 2 tbsp corn flour.
- 1 cup bread crumbs.
- As required Water.
- As required Oil for frying.
Step by step how to cook Potato Nuggets:
- Boil and mash 4 potatoes with hand or we can also grate the potatoes for uniform texture. Then add chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, chilli powder, corn flour, bread crumbs, ginger-garlic paste, pepper and salt to taste. Mix well and made it into dought without water..
- Grease the hand with oil and roll the dough into small nuggets..
- In a separate bowl, add 2 tbsp corn flour and water. Mix it well for coating..
- Take one potato nugget and dip it in corn flour water then roll it over bread crumbs..
- Once the oil is hot, add the potato nuggets one by one and fry until crispy and golden. If it's a small pan, add two-three nuggets. Take it out and ready to serve..
- Note: If you feel the dough is watery or sticky then add little more bread crumbs or corn flour to make it thick..
