Ingredients for Pizza Samosa:
- 1 cup chopped vegetables(capsicum,onion,carrot and cabbage).
- 1 tsp chopped green chillies.
- 1 tsp chopped garlic cloves.
- 1 tsp chopped ginger.
- as per taste Salt.
- 1/2 tsp black pepper Powder.
- 1/2 tsp ajinamoto.
- 2 tsp vinegar.
- 1/2 cup sweet corn.
- 1/2 cup chopped cheddar cheese.
- 1 tbsp pizza sauce.
- 1/2 tsp oregano powder.
- 1 tbsp butter.
- For Samosa-.
- 1 cup All purpose flour.
- as per taste Salt.
- 1/2 tsp Carom seeds.
- 1 tbsp warm ghee.
- as required Water for kneading dough.
- as required Oil for frying.
Step by step how to cook Pizza Samosa:
- Heat a pan and add butter. Now add all other ingredients other than dough ingredients, and cheese..
- Cook it till it dries now switch off gas and add cheese in it..
- Now mix All purpose flour,salt,carom seeds,ghee and water.Now make stiff dough.Cover it for 10 minutes..
- Now make balls from prepared pizza mixture and roll chapati from prepared dough.Now cut chapati from middle,then make samosa shape and fill it with prepared pizza mixture and seal it..
- Now heat oil and fry it in medium flame till it turns out golden in colour..
- Serve hot with sauce..
