- as nedded Dough of wheat flour.
- 1/2 cup or as needed Mix veg subji.
- as needed Grated cheese or cheese slices.
- 1/2 tsp Oregano.
- 1-2 tbsp. Pizza or paazta sauce.
- As needed Oil.
Step by step how to cook Pizza Roti:
- Take a dough..
- Make 2 balls from the dough..
- Now make 2 rotis of the balls..
- Keep the rotis in the plate..
- Now spread pizza paazta sauce on1 roti..
- Now spread mix veg on the roti..
- On subzi grate or put cheese slice on it..
- Sprinkle some oregano..
- Put the another roti on it..
- Now heat the tawa and brush it with oil..
- Put the pizza roti on it..
- Brush with oil on both the sides of the roti..
- When it gets brown and crispy..
- Off the flame..
- Now it's time for plating..
- Cut the roti into pizza slices..
- Serve it with chutney or ketchup..
