Ingredients for Mini Chicken Tandoori Pizzas:

  1. 3 cups All-purpose Flour or Maida.
  2. 1/4 cup Milk powder.
  3. 2 tsp Yeast.
  4. 1 cup lukewarm Milk.
  5. 2 tsp Sugar.
  6. 2 tsp Olive Oil.
  7. 1 tsp Salt or to taste.
  8. 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded.
  9. 2 Onions thinly sliced.
  10. 2 Capsicums thinly sliced.
  11. 1 cup sliced Olives.
  12. 1 cup Pizza Sauce.
  13. 1 Egg beaten.
  14. FOR THE CHICKEN -.
  15. 350 gms Chicken cubes.
  16. 1 tsp Salt or to taste.
  17. 1 tbsp Oil.
  18. 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala.
  19. 1 tsp Cumin powder.
  20. 1 piece Charcoal.
  21. 1 small piece of Aluminium foil.

Step by step how to cook Mini Chicken Tandoori Pizzas:

  1. In a deep bowl, put in the flour and the Milk powder. Warm up the Milk and add Yeast along with Sugar. Wait you can smell it and until it becomes frothy..
  2. Start kneading your Flour with the lukewarm milk, preferably with your hands so that it kick starts the activity of the Yeast. Once your dough is done, coat it with Olive Oil and place it in a warm place and let it rest for about 2 hrs or till your dough rise to double it's original size..
  3. After done, knead it once again in order to get all that air out. In a pan with 1 tablespoon of heated Oil, add in the Chicken. Put in the masalas and stir till it's done. Lastly, season with Salt. Heat your charcoal piece and place it in a piece of foil. Put it in the pan with the cooked Chicken. Pour a tbsp of oil over the charcoal and cover the pan with a lid..
