Ingredients for Fried Pizza Potlis:
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour or Maida.
- 1/2 tsp Salt.
- 1 tsp Dry Yeast.
- 1 tsp Sugar.
- 1 cup lukewarm Milk.
- 1 tsp Olive Oil.
- For the Filling -.
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded.
- 1 tsp Red Chilli flakes.
- 3 tbsp chopped Parsley or Coriander Leaves.

- Add yeast and sugar to the warm milk. Stir in gently and allow it to prove. Add this to the flour along with the olive oil and knead a smooth dough out of it..
