Ingredients for Chilli Potato Paratha:
- For making dough :.
- 1 bowl wheat flour.
- As required water.
- To taste salt.
- For stuffing.
- 2 Boiled potatoes.
- 1 small onion.
- 1 " piece ginger.
- 2 Green chilli.
- 2 tb sp chopped coriander leaves.
- To taste salt.
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder.
- 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes.
- 1/4 tsp garam masala.
- 1/4 tsp coriander seeds powder.
Step by step how to cook Chilli Potato Paratha:
- Add wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add salt and Knead a soft dough with the help of water. Keep aside for 15 minutes..
- In another mixing bowl mash potato and add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves and grated ginger and mix well. Add salt, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, garam masala, coriander seeds powder and mix well..
- Now take a portion of dough and make a ball of dough and roll with the help of rolling pin. Place stuffing on it and fold edges to the centre and seal it. Roll again..
- Heat a griddle. Put rolled paratha on it and roast on medium flame till it turn golden..
- Flip the side and roast from other side also. Apply cooking oil and fry from both sides..
- Serve hot with pickle or curd..
