- 3/4 cup milk (any kind, I use an almond-coconut blend).
- 2 spotty bananas.
- 2 tbsp. peanut butter or almond butter.
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon.
- 1 tsp. ground flaxseed (optional).
- 1 tsp. hemp seeds (optional).
- 2-3 ice cubes.

- Start the night before, by soaking the oats. Place the oats with the milk in a mason jar or Tupperware with a lid and refrigerate overnight..
