- 2/3 cup pure maple syrup or honey.
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature.

- 1/4 tsp. baking powder.
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda.

- 1/2 tsp. salt.
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats.
