Ingredients for Potato Manchurian:
- 3 big size Potato grated and kept it in water.
- 3 tsp oil.
- 3 spoon All-purpose Flour.
- 2 spoon Cornflour.
- To taste Salt.
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste.
- 1/2 tsp Food colour.
- 1 tsp Chopped Ginger.
- 1 tsp Chopped Garlic.
- 1/2 cup Capcicum cut in squares.
- 1/2 cup Onion cut in squares.
- 2 tsp Chopped green chillies.
- 1 spoon soya sauce.
- 2 tsp Chings Paneer chilli Masala.
Step by step how to cook Potato Manchurian:
- In mixing bowl take grated potatoes and squeeze out the access water than add 3 spoon all-purpose flour, 2 spoon Cornflour, salt per taste 1/2 tsp of Ginger Garlic paste, pinch of food colour and mix well..
- Make round balls out of the mixture Now deep fry the balls in a kadai..
- Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic and ginger add Capcicum cut in squares, onion cut in squares and cook for 1 min than add 1tsp of soya sauce, Salt per taste add chop chilles.
- Now add Chings Paneer chilli Masala,add water... When water comes boiling now add fired balls. Properly mix the balls along with the sauce and serve with Noddles..
