- 6 Boiled potatoes.
- 1 Chopped onion.
- 2 Chopped green chilli.
- 3 teaspoon Coriander leaves.
- 1 tsp Chopped ginger.
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes.
- 1 teaspoon Bhaja masala.
- To taste Salt.
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar.
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dry mango powder.
- 1/2 cup Sooji.
- 4 teaspoon Sattu.
- 1 cup Bread crumbs for coating.
- As needed Oil for frying.
- 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns powder.

- Grate the boiled potatoes..
- Take a big bowl.Now add all the ingredients (except-breadcrumbsand,oil) with the boiled potatoes. Mixed with properly..
- Now make the shape of the cutlet..
- Now take the cutlet and cover both the side with the breadcrumbs..
