Ingredients for Potato Black chickpea Diet Salad:
- 1/2 cup kala black chickpeas.
- 1/2 cup boiled potatoes.
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder.
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder.
- 1 tbsp Dhaniya powder.
- 1/2 tsp Everest masala.
- 1/4 tsp amchur powder.
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
- 1 tbsp chaat masala.
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder.
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander.
- 2-3 tsp lemon juice.
- to taste Salt.
Step by step how to cook Potato Black chickpea Diet Salad:
- Soak black chickpeas overnight or for around 7-8 hours..
- Pressure cook with enough water for 4-5 whistles or until they turn soft..
- Drain the water and keep the chickpeas aside..
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan..
- Add green chillies all spieces except lemon juice and chaat masala to it.saute for 2mins..
- Transfer to bowl add all chooped veggies mashed potatoes,coriander mix it well..
- Add lemon juice and chaat masala and mix well..
