  2. Take 3 spoon cornflour and add some water, food (red) colour and salt to taste and make batter of it. Then heat oil in pan and deep cube shape potatoes in the batter of cornflour and deep fry in hot oil. And fry it fir 2,3 mins untill it make crispy and take it out from oil..
  3. Now. We'll make gravy for potatoes manchurian. Cut the capsicum and onion in long pieces. After that take 1,½ spoon if cornflour dissolve it into 3 spoons water. Now take 2 spoons oil in pan and cook vegetables for 3 mins and add garlic in small pieces and add black pepper in it and salt to taste. Now add red and green chilli sauce and tomato ketchup and mix it well,, now add water of cornflour in it. And cook it for 2 min. And add some water how much gravy (quantity) you want. And cook it..
