Ingredients for Potato Lollipops:
- 3 boiled potatoes.
- 3 bread slices.
- 2 tsp maida.
- 1 tsp Salt.
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder.
- 1 tsp chilli flakes.
- 1 tsp seasoning.
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
- 1 tsp coriander powder.
- 2 onions.
- 2-3 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- 1/4 tsp amchoor powder.
- 3 tsp lemon.
- As needed Oil.
Step by step how to cook Potato Lollipops:
- Firstly take 3 boiled and grated potatoes and add 2 chopped onions,2-3 tsp chopped coriander leaves,1/2 cup bread crums(it is made by grinding bread slices in mixer).
- Now add 1 tsp salt,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/4 tsp amchoor powder,1 tsp coriander powder and squeeze half lemon in it.......mix it with gentle hands and knead it like a dough and keep it aside.
- Now take 2 tsp maida in small bowl and mix water and make a smooth and runny mixture....and take the left over bread crums in a bowl and add 1 tsp red chilli flakes,1 tsp seasoning and mix it properly.
- Now grease your hands with oil and take aloo dough and make a round shape and dip it in the maida mixture.
- Now roll it in bread crums and roll it again on your hands and then fry it properly until they cooked properly.
- Put the toothpicks in each ball...and serve it with ketchup or mayonise...as your choice.
