Ingredients for Pocket Pizza:

- 2 1⁄2 cup flour (maida).
- 2 1⁄4 teaspoons yeast.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 1 cup water.
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil.
- For Filling-.
- 1 cup shredded cottage cheese.
- 1 cup onion, chopped.
- 1/2 cup green pepper.
- 1/2 cup corn.
- 1 medium tomatoes.
- 1/2 cup tomato paste.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 1 cups mozerrala cheese, shredded.
- 0.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded.
- 3 tablespoons water.
- 2 tbsp oregano.
Step by step how to cook Pocket Pizza:
- Mix 1 1/4 cups flour, yeast and salt in bowl. Mix warm water..
- Bind the dough in dough maker or with the help of hand. Mix in remaining flour with a spoon..
- Turn dough out on floured surface. Knead 6 to 8 minutes. The dough should be tight..
- Cover dough; let rest for 10 minutes..
- Divide into 6 parts. (Dough is also excellent pizza dough.).
- Filling instructions: Mix and saute Green pepper, Corn, Cottage cheese and Onion..
- Add chopped tomatoes and tomato paste, spices and water.Saute 5 minutes..
- Roll and shape each portion of pizza pocket dough into rectangle..
- Spoon 1/6 of filling and 1/6 of cheese(mozzarella and cheddar) onto each pizza pocket round..
- Fold dough in half and close with fork tines..
- Brush with beaten egg or oil..
- Bake at 160-180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes..
