Ingredients for Pocket Pizza:

  2. 2 1⁄2 cup flour (maida).
  3. 2 1⁄4 teaspoons yeast.
  4. 1 teaspoon salt.
  5. 1 cup water.
  6. 2 tablespoons cooking oil.
  7. For Filling-.
  8. 1 cup shredded cottage cheese.
  9. 1 cup onion, chopped.
  10. 1/2 cup green pepper.
  11. 1/2 cup corn.
  12. 1 medium tomatoes.
  13. 1/2 cup tomato paste.
  14. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  15. 1 cups mozerrala cheese, shredded.
  16. 0.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded.
  17. 3 tablespoons water.
  18. 2 tbsp oregano.

Step by step how to cook Pocket Pizza:

  1. Mix 1 1/4 cups flour, yeast and salt in bowl. Mix warm water..
  2. Bind the dough in dough maker or with the help of hand. Mix in remaining flour with a spoon..
  3. Turn dough out on floured surface. Knead 6 to 8 minutes. The dough should be tight..
  4. Cover dough; let rest for 10 minutes..
  5. Divide into 6 parts. (Dough is also excellent pizza dough.).
  6. Filling instructions: Mix and saute Green pepper, Corn, Cottage cheese and Onion..
  7. Add chopped tomatoes and tomato paste, spices and water.Saute 5 minutes..
