- 1 tbsp Chat Masala.

- First of all, cut Pita into thin long strips. Use a kitchen scissor and cut the strips either very thin or little thicker..
- Deep fry them in hot oil in batches. These will be done in about 3 to 4 minutes only. Therefore keep a watch while frying..
