Ingredients for Old Fashioned Low Country Boil:

  1. 2 lb medium sized shrimp.
  2. 1 lb snow crab legs (or your choice of crab).
  3. 2 lb sausage (andouille, spicy your choice).
  4. 2 lb small red potatoes.
  5. 2 loaf French bread.
  6. 8 corn on the cob (fresh if possible but frozen is fine).
  7. 2 stalks celery, chopped.
  8. 1 small onion, chopped.
  9. 2 clove garlic, roughly chopped.
  10. 1 packages shrimp, crawfish, crab boil.
  11. 2 tbsp cayenne pepper (optional).

  1. In a large stock pot, fill halfway with water. Add onions, garlic, celery, cayenne pepper, and bring to boil.
  2. Rinse shrimp and crab. Set aside..
