Ingredients for Fusion Pizza:
- For baigan bharta.
- 1/2 kg baigan (2 pc).
- 2 onions.
- 8-10 garlic cloves.
- 2 green chillies.
- 1 pc ginger.
- 2-3 tsp salt.
- 3 dry red chilli.
- 1 tsp turmeric powder.
- 1 tsp red chilli powder.
- 3 tsp dhaniya jeera powder.
- 1 tsp garam masala.
- 3-4 tbsp coriander leaves.
- 1 tsp hing.
- 3-4 tsp oil.
- 1 tsp jeera.
- For toppings.
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes.
- 1 cup chopped onions.
- 1 cup boiled corn.
- 1/2 cup grated paneer.
- For dough.
- 2 cups jowar aata.
- 1/2 cup wheat flour.
- Water as reqd.
- For garnish.
- 1 cup hung curd.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- 1 pinch roasted jeera powder.
- 1 leaf mint.
Step by step how to cook Fusion Pizza:
- Apply oil on the baigan and roast it on the gas directly. Remove the skin and keep it aside. Boil the corn and keep it aside..
- Heat oil, chop the onions, and make a paste of green chillies, garlic and ginger. Add jeera after the oil gets hot. Then add hing, green chillies, garlic and ginger paste and onions. Saute till golden brown..
- Add the spices mix well, now add the roasted baigan. Mix well so all the spices dwell with each other. Now add the coriander leaves. Bharta is ready..
- Now chop the toppings and grate the paneer.
- Now to make the base for pizza, take both the flours and knead a soft dough. Now divide the dough in 4 parts. Now take one portion and start flattening between your palms and make a base..
- Make it big. Now with a vati cut in round shape. Take a tawa and cook on both sides..
