  1. 5 each Idaho potatoes (2 pounds) -- peel, dice cook 3/4 inch.
  2. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt.
  3. 3 eggs -- hard boiled 15 minutes, chopped.
  4. 1 small onion -- finely chopped.
  5. 1 stalk celery -- finely chopped.
  6. 2 tablespoons parsley -- finely chopped.
  7. 2 ounces pickles- chopped or relish -- finely chopped.
  8. 2 tablespoons Sriracha -(Sriracha is a personal thing add more if you like after its done :).
  9. 1 cup mayonnaise.
  10. 1 tablespoon sugar.
  11. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  12. 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
  13. 1/3 cup French's yellow mustard.

  1. Place the eggs in boiling water for 15 minutes. Then run under cold water to cool, peel underwater and chop the eggs small..
