- 3 cup maida.
- 1 cup white sugar.
- 3/4 cup brown sugar.

- 150 gram whipping cream chilled.
- 150 gram mascarpone, chilled.

- 100 gram strawberry preserve.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
- 1/4 lime Juice.

- 100 gram dark chocolate chopped at room temperature.
- 175 amul whiping cream.
- 1 tbs butter.
- For garnishing.

Step by step how to cook Eggless Layered chocolate strawberry orange cake:
- Preheat oven at 180°c with rack in the center.
- Line bottom and sides of 1, 8* round i am using 2, 8* round pan.
- Stif the plain flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt in large mixing bowl.
- Add 1 cup white sugar, and 3/4 cup brown sugar, mix well in stiffened flour cocoa powder mixture.
