- 1/2 c old-fashioned oats.
- 1/2 c egg whites.
- 1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro.
- 1-1/2 T lime juice.
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
- 1/4 tsp each salt and black pepper.
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper.

- In large bowl, combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed..
- Firmly form into 6 patties, about 1/2" thick..
