Ingredients for Cheesy Potato Wedges:
- 4 Potatoes large peeled and cut into Wedges.
- 1 tsp Salt.
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder.
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning.
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder.
- 1 tsp Dry Parsley flakes.
- 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese.
- Oil for frying as required.
Step by step how to cook Cheesy Potato Wedges:
- Wash and peel the Potatoes. Cut them into wedges of almost 1" thickness. Soak them in enough water for until the time, Oil gets heated up. Drain them well..
- Add in all the ingredients to the Potato Wedges and toss well..
- Deep fry them immediately on a medium to high heat. Keep turning every now and then while frying. Do not leave it unattended. It is an important step. Deep fry until light golden in colour and drain on an absorbent kitchen towel or a napkin..
