  1. For Pizza Dough / Pizza Base.
  2. 1 and 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour.
  3. 2 tablespoon White Oil.
  4. 2 tablespoon Butter.
  5. 2 teaspoon Baking Powder.
  6. 1 teaspoon Baking Soda.
  7. As needed Water for binding the dough.
  8. To taste Salt and Pepper.
  9. For Pizza Sauce.
  10. 3-4 tablespoon Tomato Sauce.
  11. 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce.
  12. 1 tablespoon Vinegar.
  13. 1 teaspoon shredded Garlic.
  14. 2 teaspoon shredded Green Chillies.
  15. 2 teaspoon Sugar.
  16. 1 teaspoon Black Salt.
  17. 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder.
  18. 1 teaspoon Butter.
  19. For Pizza Decoration.
  20. As needed Cheese.
  21. 1/2 Tomato (cut into pieces).
  22. 1/2 Red Bell Pepper (cut into pieces).
  23. 1/2 Capsicum (cut into pieces).
  24. 1/2 Onion (cut into pieces).
  25. 2 teaspoon Oregano.
  26. 2 teaspoon Chilli Flakes.

Step by step how to cook Veggies Delight Pizza:

  1. Take flour, baking powder and soda, white oil, butter, salt and pepper in a spreaded bowl and mix well. Now add water and bind all together. Make a soft and tender dough by binding all the elements for 4-5 mins. Keep the dough aside covering it for 15-30 minutes..
  2. Now for the pizza sauce, heat butter, add garlic and green chillies, add tomato sauce and soy sauce, add vinegar, sugar and black salt & pepper. Stir well for 30 secs. Then let it cool down..
  3. Now take the dough and keep binding for another 2 mins. Now shape it round like a regular size pizza placing on a aluminum plate. Now spread the pizza sauce all over it. Now add a layer of cheese, place all the veggies and decorate the toppings as desired..
  4. Meanwhile take a big spreaded heavy bottom utensil and put it on gas. Add a layer of salt in the bottom and cover the bottom fully. Now place a stand and cover the utensil. Pre heat it on gas for 5 mins. This works like a gas based oven..
  5. When our gas based oven is preheated, now place the pizza plate on the stand and cover it. Let it bake for 18-22 minutes on low flame..
  6. Now turn off the gas and let the oven cool down. Now take out the pizza plate..
  7. Tada! Our pizza is ready! Cut it into 4 pieces and serve hot!.
