Ingredients for Potato Seekh Kebab:

  1. 2 potatoes boiled, peeled & mashed.
  2. 2 tbsp corn flour.
  3. 2 tbsp breadcrumbs.
  4. 1 onion finely chopped.
  5. 1 green chilli chopped.
  6. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
  7. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
  8. 1/2 tsp cumin powder.
  9. 1/2 tsp coriander powder.
  10. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  11. To taste salt.
  12. 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
  13. As needed oil to shallow fry.

  1. Take all the ingredients (except oil) in a mixing bowl. Mix everything well and knead it to a soft dough..
