Ingredients for Chicken Pizza:
- Pizza sauce:.
- 1 bowl chopped tomatoes around big 5.
- 3 tbsp chopped garlic.
- 1 tbsp red chilli flakes.
- Homemade herbs:.
- 1 tsp dry corrainder seeds.
- 1 tsp jeera.
- 1 tsp black pepper.
- 1 tsp ajwain.
- 1 tsp sugar.
- Pizza topping:.
- Cheese as required.
- 2 cup mix veggies.
- 1 chopped onion.
- 1 chopped capcicum.
- 1 cup boil sweet corns.
- 2 tbsp oil.
- Cheese as required.
Step by step how to cook Chicken Pizza:
- Take a pan add little oil add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes and keep aside to get cool. Take small mixer jar add dry corrainder seeds, black pepper,Ajwain,jeera and dry chilli grind coarsely and keep aside.
- Take a pan add oil add garlic and saute till raw smell goes off. Add onion and saute till transculent add tomato puree and mix it add herbs salt sugar 1 spoon tomato ketchup up mix it and keep stirring till it get thick. Set this mixture to get cool.
- Chicken boil it and make it into small pieces. Add a pan add 1 tbsp butter add chicken pieces add garam masala black pepper chilli chicken masala mix it and saute for 2 minutes and keep aside.
- In one bowl keep chopped onion, chopped capcicum boiled sweet corn ready..
- Take nonstick tawa heat it and place thin crust or thick crust pizza bread to get heat. U can keep in oven also. Smear it with pizza sauce top it with veggies chicken and grate cheese above it and close the lid for 3 minutes and serve it. Cut it with pizza cutter. Serve hot.
- You can also bake it in oven according to your comfort. Here I have used home made herbs. You can use ready made organo also..
