Ingredients for Veggie Pizza:
- 1 kg All Purpose Flour.
- 1 packet (11 g) yeast.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 1 tsp sugar.
- Topping.
- 1/2 cup chopped onion.
- 1/2 cup chopped capsicum.
- 1/2 cup chopped olives.
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes.
- Oregano as required.
- Mozrella cheese as required.
- Pizza sauce.
- 1 kg tomato puree.
- Salt as per taste.
- 1 tsp Oregano.
- Garlic.
- Pinch sugar.
Step by step how to cook Veggie Pizza:
- Knead the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Toppings.
- Apply oil on pizza pan, divide the dough in portions then with rolling pin make round shape while dusting it with flour. Apply the puree and topping.Preheat the oven 15mins on 180° and bake it for 30mins.
