  1. 2 cups diced brinjals.
  2. 1 1/2 cups diced potatoes.
  3. 1/2 cup peas.
  4. as per taste Salt.
  5. 5 tbsp oil.
  6. 1/4 spoon asafoetida.
  7. 1 green chilli.
  8. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds.
  9. 1/2 tsp jeera (cumin).
  10. 1 tsp red chilli powder.
  11. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
  12. 1 tomato chopped.
  13. 3 tbsp chopped coriander to garnish.
