- 4 Boiled potato (medium sized).
- 1 Onions (finely chopped).
- To taste Red chilli powder.
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder.
- To taste Salt.
- As needed Amul Cheese.
- 1 cup Plain Flour(maida).
- 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs.
- As needed Water.
- As needed Oil for frying.
- As needed Onion rings (for garnish).
- 2 tsp Chopped green chillies (for garnish).
Step by step how to cook Potato Cheese Balls:
- Peel the potatoes. Mix chopped onions, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt according to taste..
- Take plain flour, salt (according to taste) and mix it with water to make a batter for coating..
- Roast bread crumbs with red chilli powder..
- Make potato balls and stuffed with small cheese cubes..
- Coat the balls with the flour batter and roll them in bread crumbs mixture..
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls untill golden brown..
