Ingredients for Mini Pizza:
- For pizza dough:.
- 2 cups maida.
- 1/4 cup curd.
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
- 1/2 tsp baking soda.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- 2 tbsp oil.
- As required Water.
- For topping:.
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce.
- Few Small cubes onion.
- Few sliced capsicum.
- Few sliced tomato.
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese.
- 1/4 tsp mixed herbs.
- 1/4 tsp oregano.
- 1 tsp black pepper powder.
- Few rava for dusting.
- As required Oil for brushing.
Step by step how to cook Mini Pizza:
- Take a bowl and pour all the ingredients for making dough, add water thoroughly and knead a smooth dough and rest for 20 minutes..
- Now preheat your kadai for 10 minutes in high flame..
- After 20 minutes again knead the dough and divide into 8 equal parts..
- Take one part dough and dust few rave and roll like puri and place the rolled pizza base into a plate, then prick with a center of dough with the help of a fork to prevent pizza base from fluffing up like chapati..
- Now spread pizza sauce uniformly, further top with onion, capsicum, tomato, also spread mozzarella cheese.
- Further sprinkle black pepper powder, mixed herbs and oregano and brush little oil in side of base..
- Now bake for 15 minutes in preheated kadai, flame should be low in this time..
- After 15 minutes your yummy delicious pizza is ready, serve and enjoy with your kids..
