Ingredients for Honey Chilli Potato:
- For Wedges-.
- 2 Potatoes ,cubed.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 2 tbsp corn flour.
- 1/2 tsp pepper crushed.
- As required oil for deep frying.
- For Honey Chilli Potato:.
- 2 tsp oil.
- 3-4 clove garlic,finely chopped.
- 1 inch ginger, finely chopped.
- 2 green chillies.
- 4 tbsp slit spring onion, chopped ¼ onions, petals.
- 1/2 capsicum, cubed.
- 1 tsp chilli sauce.
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce.
- 2 tbsp soy sauce.
- 1 tbsp vinegar.
- 1 /4 tbsp salt.
- 1 tbsp corn flour.
- 1/4 cup water.
- 2 tbsp honey.
- 1 tsp sesame / til, roasted.
Step by step how to cook Honey Chilli Potato:
- Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic, ginger, green chillies and spring onion. Then saute onions and capsicum. Add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and salt..
- Saute for 30 seconds on high flame. Now add corn flour in cup water. Make sure there are no lumps..
- Pour the corn flour mixture and stir continuously. Remove the psn from the stove and add honey and mix well..
- Then add fried potato and mix gently. Garnish it with spring onions and roasted sesame seeds..
- Serve it hot with fried rice or as starters..
