- 1 tsp. Mustard seeds.
- 1/2 tsp Urad dal.
- 2 tsp Chana dal.
- 4 Green chillies (slit).
- 2 spring Curry leaves.
- 2 Tsp ginger (chopped).
- 4 Onion (sliced).
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder.
- 3 tbspn coriander leaves (chopped).
- 4 tbspn oil.
