- Preheat oven to 350F, grease and line a 8"x 11" pan (or a 9 1/2" round springform) with parchment paper..
- Beat butter, 1 1/2 cups of the sugar and all the zest until combined..
- Add half of the almonds, stirring to combine..
- Slowly beat in the eggs. Add the remaining almonds, flour and salt and beat until smooth..
- Pour batter into pan and level off..
