  1. 800 g Small new potatoes.
  2. Red onion thinly sliced.
  3. 1 Tbs fresh chopped Dill.
  4. 1 Tbs fresh chopped Basil.
  5. 1 Tbs fresh chopped Parsley.
  6. Dressing:.
  7. 3/4 Cup Natural yogurt.
  8. 3 Tbsp Olive oil.
  9. 2 Tbsp Milk.
  10. 2 Tbsp Wholegrain mustard.
  11. 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard.
  12. 2 Tbsp White wine vinegar.
  13. 1/2 Tbsp Sugar.
  14. 1/4 Cup Fresh chopped chives.
  15. 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder.
  16. 1/2 Tsp Onion powder.

Step by step how to cook Healthy Potato Salad:

  1. Boil the potatoes whole for around 10 minutes or until you can push a for into it. Be careful not to over cook them..
  2. Once ready chop them in half and add them to a bowl..
  3. Mix all the ingredients together for the marinade and pour over the potatoes..
