Ingredients for Curd Rice with Potato fry and Palak Roti Thepla:

  1. 2 cup cooked rice.
  2. 3 cup curd.
  3. 1 cup milk.
  4. 1 tsp mustard seeds.
  5. 1 tsp cumin seeds.
  6. 1 tsp curry leaves.
  7. Pinch Hing/asafoetida.
  8. 1 tsp urad dal.
  9. 2 green chilli slice.
  10. 1 tsp chopped ginger.
  11. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
  12. 1 cup pomegranate seeds.
  13. 2 tbsp raisins.
  14. 2 tbsp oil.
  15. Potato fry.
  16. 3 potato chopped into cubes.
  17. 2 tbsp oil.
  18. to taste chilli powder.
  19. 1/2 tsp coriander powder.
  20. 1 tsp turmeric powder.
  21. 1 tsp green chiili ginger paste.
  22. For palak thepla.
  23. 2 cup wheat flour.
  24. 2 tbsp chopped palak(spinach).
  25. 1 tsp ajwain/carom seeds.
  26. 1 tsp turmeric powder.
  27. 1 tsp oil.
  28. To taste Salt.
  29. 1 tbsp kasturi methi.
  30. 1 tsp chilli ginger paste.

Step by step how to cook Curd Rice with Potato fry and Palak Roti Thepla:

  1. Soak rice for 1 hour. Then cooked in pressure cooker adding water and salt. Once cooked mash it..
  2. For tempering- take a kadai add oil once get heat add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,hing, chiili,ginger,and mix it once everything gets fry and get fragnant pour it into the cooked rice and mix it..

  5. For palak thepla- take a big vessel add palak wheat flour all masala and knead the dough adding water knead the dough smooth like roti. Rest it for 15 minutes cover it. After that grease your hand and make small ball and roll it like roti on board. Keep tawa to get heat now roast roti adding oil on both sides shallow fry it..
