Ingredients for Potato Nuggets:
- 1 cup rice flour.
- 1 cup water.
- 4 potatoes (boiled &grated).
- 5-6 grated garlic.
- 2 tsp chilli flakes.
- 2 tbsp oil(for making dough).
- To taste Salt.
- 2 tsp Coriander leaves (optional).
- 2-3 tbsp cornflour.
- As needed Oil to fry.
Step by step how to cook Potato Nuggets:
- In a pan pour oil,heat it.Now add grated garlic & turn it brown,add chillyflakes & 1 cup of water.Stir it.Wait for boil then mix rice flour & turn the flame low.Mix the flour property with water and it'll be turned into a dough..
- Transfer the dough into another bowl.Let it cool down little bit.Now add grated potatoes,salt, coriander, cornflour and mix it.Divide the dough in 3 parts..
- Take one part on chakla & roll it softly.Cut the pieces with knife & deep fry these nuggets..
- Serve it with tomato sauce/green chutney.
- Can store raw nuggets into the freezer and fry whenever you want.Enjoyyy.
