Ingredients for Potato Crispies:
- 2 Boiled potatoes.
- 2 tb sp semolina.
- 1/2 Green capsicum.
- 1 onion.
- 1 " piece ginger.
- 2 tb sp chopped coriander leaves.
- 2 Green chilli.
- To taste salt.
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
- 1/2 tsp garam masala.
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala.
Step by step how to cook Potato Crispies:
- Grate boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add chopped onion, capsicum, green chilli, grated ginger and salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and chaat masala. Mix it well..
- Now add semolina and knead it like a soft dough. Semolina absorb moisture of potato and bind it well..
- Now take a portion of dough and roll with the help of hands and press it like a tikki. Like wise make all the tikkis..
- Heat oil in a wok and shallow fry tikkis. When it turns golden brown colour flip the side and shallow fry from other side also..
- Serve hot with sauce..
