- 21/2-3 cups all purpose flour.
- 11/2 tsp instant active yeast.
- 3 tablespoons oil.
- Pinch salt.
- Warm water-as needed.

- Put all your ingredients in a clean bowl apart from the water.
- Add the water in bits till the dough comes together. Knead you dough for about 7-10 minutes to activate the yeast.
- Grease your bowl and allow the dough to rest till it doubles in size.
- Once the dough rises,deflate it and pinch out some balls from the dough.
- Cover them with a clean kitchen towel...Roll each ball to circular discs..not too thick or too thin.
- Cover them and give them a few minutes to rise for the second time before cooking them.
