Ingredients for Moonglet Pizza:

  1. For Pizza base.
  2. 1/2 cup Split moong dal.
  3. 1 green chilli.
  4. 1/2 " ginger.
  5. leaves Few coriander.
  6. 1 packet Fruit salt.
  7. 2 tsp Oil.
  8. For toppings.
  9. Veggies as per your choice.
  10. Pizza sauce or tomato ketchup.
  11. Mozarella cheese.
  12. Mixed herbs or oregano.

Step by step how to cook Moonglet Pizza:

  1. Soak the dal for 5 hours then make a smooth paste with green chilli,ginger and coriander leaves..
  2. Now pour this paste in a bowl and add salt and mix it well.And make a semi thick consistency..
  3. Now divide this batter and add 1/2 tsp fruit salt and add little water and mix in one direction only.Now pour a ladle full of batter on the greased tawa and make it little thick.And cover with lid and cook it at low flame till light golden colour on one side..
  4. Then add little oil on top of it and flip the side and cook it for another 2 minutes..
  5. Our base is ready and now apply pizza sauce and spread veggies and cheese and cook it again on the tawa with covered lid till cheese melts..
  6. Sprinkle little herbs and chilli flakes and our yummilicious delicious healthy moonglet pizza is ready to serve.Enjoy 👍😍🥰.
