Ingredients for Moonglet Pizza:
- For Pizza base.
- 1/2 cup Split moong dal.
- 1 green chilli.
- 1/2 " ginger.
- leaves Few coriander.
- 1 packet Fruit salt.
- 2 tsp Oil.
- For toppings.
- Veggies as per your choice.
- Pizza sauce or tomato ketchup.
- Mozarella cheese.
- Mixed herbs or oregano.
Step by step how to cook Moonglet Pizza:
- Soak the dal for 5 hours then make a smooth paste with green chilli,ginger and coriander leaves..
- Now pour this paste in a bowl and add salt and mix it well.And make a semi thick consistency..
- Now divide this batter and add 1/2 tsp fruit salt and add little water and mix in one direction only.Now pour a ladle full of batter on the greased tawa and make it little thick.And cover with lid and cook it at low flame till light golden colour on one side..
- Then add little oil on top of it and flip the side and cook it for another 2 minutes..
- Our base is ready and now apply pizza sauce and spread veggies and cheese and cook it again on the tawa with covered lid till cheese melts..
- Sprinkle little herbs and chilli flakes and our yummilicious delicious healthy moonglet pizza is ready to serve.Enjoy 👍😍🥰.
